Our objective was to offer luxury homes with a modern style that was not overdeveloped but instead provided ample amenity space.

Our residential development in Knaresborough delivered three unique house types, each with its own distinct character. The design of these houses has stood the test of time, and even today they remain architecturally attractive. The design was avowedly modern. with spacious gardens, ample parking, and bold double-storey glazing.
