Adding to York’s historic city centre

On the corner in between Tower Street and Peckitt Street, sits an unused office space over 3 floors with external period features. This prime location is within a 2-minute walk of the city centre and has views of the spectacle that is Clifford’s Tower. Being in such a fantastic position in a historical city however means that the building lies within a conservation area; careful consideration is always undertaken by York City Council with buildings that lie within the famous City Walls and surrounding conservation area. With our proposed designs and minimal revisions, York City Council have recently approved our plans where others have previously struggled to gain planning permission within the city centre, work is shortly due to commence on site. We cannot wait to see how the site develops to refresh part of York’s wonderful history.
